Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken Tikka Masala is a Clay Oven classic. Boneless chicken is marinated overnight in our house-blended yogurt and spice mix, threaded onto skewers and charred in the tandoor until edges are smoky and the meat stays juicy.

The tikka is then finished in a rich, slow-simmered masala gravy of tomato, onion, ginger, garam masala and cream — cooked to order at the spice level you choose.
